For the first time, visitors to Magazine Training International’s (MTI) website, www.magazinetraining.com, will be able to personalize their experience, fitting the site to their specific areas of interest. Those looking for publishing resources or training will select whether they want to learn on their own or with others. That decision will be followed by others which will lead them deeper into the site for convenient access to the specific resources they need.

Publishing professionals looking for training opportunities will find a section just for them with detailed information on training with MTI. Other supporters, such as donors and prayer partners, will find a section for them with a plethora of information, including videos, infographics, and downloadable articles.

The newly-launched site has a simplified look for a more user-friendly experience, with an attractive design, direct navigation, and a members-only section. Users can save the resources and samples they download in their own personal library of e-books, training videos, on-demand workshops, online courses, samples, and manuals in 13 languages.

Visitors to the site can search all training opportunities, resources, and samples in one place, find out how to get involved as a trainer or volunteer, or donate within a click or two.

“I think the two biggest differences with this redesign are that we help people hone in on the topic and style of training they want,” says Jolene Robinson, associate director of MTI, “and we are doing more to generate interest in getting involved.”

The new www.magazinetraining.com also includes a chance to learn with others in upcoming training events, a blog full of publishing news and tips, and a searchable directory of Christian magazines around the world.

Resources in other languages are available for free download, but English-language manuals and DVD courses are available for purchase in the resource center.
