“In Him was life, and that life was the light of all mankind. The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it.”
John 1:4–5

Christmas reminds us of many things—family, tradition, generosity, and celebration—but at the heart of it all is a deeper truth: Christ came as Light into a world desperately in need of illumination. In a season filled with bright displays and glowing candles, John’s words call us to remember the one light that never fades, never flickers, and never fails.

We look around and see plenty of darkness—uncertainty, conflict, fear, loneliness. Yet the Bible assures us that none of it has the final say. The light of Christ continues to break through every shadow, bringing life where there was despair, hope where there was confusion, and joy where there was sorrow. His light cannot be dimmed, and His presence cannot be pushed out. This is the miracle and promise of Christmas.

As we celebrate the birth of Jesus, the Light of the World, may His presence settle deeply in your heart, filling it with peace that steadies, hope that strengthens, and joy that overflows. Whatever this past year has held for you—its triumphs, struggles, or unanswered questions—you are seen, known, and loved by the one who stepped into our darkness to bring everlasting light.

At Magazine Training International, our prayer for you this Christmas is simple yet profound:
May your days be bright with the love of Christ, and may His light guide your steps in the coming year.

From our hearts to yours—
Sharon, Jennifer, Lamar, and Christine
Wishing you a Christmas overflowing with the love and light of Jesus.
