Step 2: Venue and Fees

The conference will take place at the SAIACS CEO Centre. A reservation is required if you wish to stay at the conference center and take advantage of the conference rates. Sathyam Ministries will make the reservation for you. Fees must be paid in Indian Rupees in advance or upon arrival. The conference fee includes three lunches, morning and afternoon coffee/tea breaks, printed materials and downloadable resources, and 13-1/2 hours of lectures and practical application from a team of publishing professionals with multinational publishing and training experience. The conference room is air-conditioned. Wifi is available.

The conference fee is INR 5439 for those who register early and pay by April 12. The conference fee is INR 6439 for those who pay after April 12.

Accommodation(Required)

Rooms with air-conditioning are available at the CEO Centre. The cost per person per day in a double or a single room includes breakfast and supper.

Single or shared room

You will be assigned a shared room as space is limited. However, we accept requests for single rooms. If available, rooms will be allocated in the order in which requests are received. Please note that additional charges will need to be paid up arrival if you request to obtain a single room.

The conference begins on Monday, 29 April and ends Thursday, 2 May. If you need to arrive before 29 April or stay after the conference ends on 2 May, there is an additional cost for each extra day starting at the above listed rates.
