
Lisa Crayton
An award-winning freelance writer, Lisa A. Crayton writes for children and adults, and for Christian and general markets. A developmental editor and collaborative writer (“ghostwriter”), Lisa also provides writing and editing services (including sensitivity readings) to publishers and authors. A co-regional advisor for the Maryland/Delaware/West Virginia Region of the Society of Children Book Writers & Illustrators, she is the author of 18 books (17 for kids), and the co-author of seven other children’s books. A mom and grandmother, Lisa has years of ministry experience. A former corporate editor, Lisa earned an MFA from National University, and a dual BS degree in public relations/journalism from Utica College (now Utica University).
