Dr. Anita Deyneka
Dr. Anita Deyneka and her late husband, Peter Deyneka, Jr., served with Slavic Gospel Association and in 1991 founded Russian Ministries (now Mission Eurasia). Anita served for eight years as president of the ministry and is now director emeritus. She also serves on the boards of A Family for Every Orphan and Pharaoh’s Daughters/Second Mothers. During the Soviet years, Anita and Peter wrote six books on the church in the USSR. She taught missions courses at Wheaton Graduate School, Fuller Seminary, and Biola University. As the mother of two adopted children, she especially considers it a privilege to work with organizations helping orphans find Christian families.
