Andrew Steele is senior associate at the International Christian Media Commission and executive director of the International Communication Training Institute. He is also managing director at Media Networks Consultants and has worked in radio for more than 40 years, focusing on learning and development since 1999. He has traveled extensively in developing nations and has been responsible for developing safety and risk assessment processes to cover journalists and trainers traveling in challenging situations. He has a personal interest in helping younger journalists engage with the ethical challenges they face. Steele earned post-graduate degrees from the University of  Huddersfield and the University of Wales, and is pursing a doctorate at Middlesex University.
