Dr. Sandra Morgan
Dr. Sandra Morgan is an educator and nurse and is recognized globally for her expertise in combating human trafficking and working to end violence against women and children. She is the director of Vanguard University’s Global Center for Women and Justice, and is a professor at the university, where she teaches human trafficking courses. Dr. Morgan served as the administrator of a U.S. Department of Justice human trafficking task force for three years before accepting a full-time position at the university. She is in demand as a speaker nationally and internationally on the subject of human trafficking, where she communicates her passion for equipping Christian voices to respond to the issue with dignity, compassion, and excellence. Her work in combating human trafficking began in Athens, Greece, where she was founding editor of Lydia Living, a Greek quarterly magazine for women. Dr. Morgan earned an M.A. at Vanguard University and a Ph.D. at Biola University.
