Elizabeth Kendal

Elizabeth Kendal is an international religious liberty analyst and advocate and publisher of the weekly Religious Liberty Prayer Bulletin, a publication whose purpose is to help facilitate strategic intercessory prayer. She is an adjunct research fellow in the Arthur Jeffery Centre for the Study of Islam at the Melbourne School of Theology, and director of advocacy at Canberra-based Christian Faith and Freedom. Previously she served as principal researcher and writer for the World Evangelical Alliance Religious Liberty Commission. She is the author of two books: Turn Back the Battle: Isaiah Speaks to Christians Today, which offers a Biblical response to persecution and existential threat; and, After Saturday Comes Sunday: Understanding the Christian Crisis in the Middle East. Kendall earned an A.A. in music and a B.A. in music education and was awarded an honorary Doctor of Ministry by Wittenberg Seminary in Canada.
