SUMMARY:From print to digital: Thinking differently about the same story
DESCRIPTION:Today’s audiences are more likely to engage with a device than a piece of paper—but not always. An integrated multimedia\, multiplatform approach can serve existing audiences\, engage new ones\, and help you tell your story better to both. During this four-week course\, Dr. David Dixon\, professor and co-chair of communication at Messiah University\, will discuss how to effectively adapt your storytelling to digital platforms while maintaining meaningful connections with your audience.Discover how to grab attention and keep readers engaged in the fast-paced world of digital media while adapting your storytelling to resonate with your audience’s online habits. Learn the importance of understanding your audience’s needs—even when they’re not directly communicating—and gain strategies for navigating the ever-changing technological landscape.
