Who should attend
Magazine publishers, editors, and other magazine staff members will benefit from the Institute. Because the cost of the Institute is underwritten by Christian publishers and therefore offered at a considerable discount, only staff members and volunteers of Christian magazines may apply to attend.

Institute languages
Sessions will be taught in English. However, it is possible to offer simultaneous translation through headphones if enough people from any given country or language group require translation and can provide a translator.

Manuals
Managing the Magazine:
Each participant will receive an 85-page manual to accompany the track. The manual provides the tools you need to establish your magazine on a solid financial basis to enhance growth and increase your ministry outreach. It also teaches publishers how to assess the present status of their magazines, identify problem areas, and apply principles to solve the problems. Those who wish to start a magazine will learn how to lay a successful foundation.

Editing the Magazine:
Each participant will receive a 125-page manual to accompany the track and includes a glossary of magazine editing terms. There are also sample production and article planning charts, as well as sample article assignment letters and other forms which may be adapted for use. Several articles are also included in a wide-ranging appendix of resource materials and information.

Design for Magazines:
Each participant will receive a 95-page manual to accompany the track. The manual covers everything magazine publishers and designers need to know to increase their magazine's appeal to readers, enhance readability, and communicate more effectively.

Certificate of completion
Those who attend all of the sessions will receive a certificate of completion from Magazine Training International.
